Danville Dentistry is amazing! Dr Ozzie and her staff are an amazing team. My son Jayce needed his first filling and Dr Ozzie and her awesome assistants made both him and I feel at ease with the procedure. I was impressed with how easy it went and how comfortable they make us feel. Great job to an amazing team!

I took my almost 3 year old son in today for his first dental visit. Danville pediatrics was recommended to us by my sister who is a dental hygienist I also have experience including pediatrics and I couldn’t be more thankful and relieved we chose Danville Pediatrics! The office is beautiful and the environment is perfect for children!! The staff is INCREDIBLE! Everyone is so sweet, professional & caring. Dr. Ozzie & her assistant Miss Leslie were absolutely amazing with my son. My son would barely open his mouth for me and could be very difficult at times, he surprised me today and I believe that is because of this dental team! I trusted their work, and opinion for future dental treatment. I saw visible cavities on my child, that’s what brought me here. I walked in nervous and emotional & I left feeling relieved that my son is in great hands thanks to how thorough, patient, and friendly they are. We live an hour away, but this office is worth the drive!!!! We had a great experience! Thank you, Danville Pediatrics!

Lisa was fantastic and very professional. She communicated everything that was going on and gave me clear instructions. She was very kind and I hope to see her again. I met Dr. Rheem for the first time and she was also kind and amazing. Such a positive kind vibe at this office. Thank you all for making this a great visit for me !

The dentists are excellent and the office is inviting and clean. Dr. Ozzie went above and beyond when she came in on a weekend when my daughter was in pain and couldn't wait until Monday to be seen. She was compassionate and responsive. The staff is amazing in engaging, distracting and entertaining the kids during what would otherwise be daunting procedures. They do work hard to accommodate kids' school schedules since it can be tough to pull kids out of school for their appointments. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I was caught off guard when they were no longer in our insurance network. I've had the same dental insurance, despite employer, for a couple of decades and this insurance has a stranglehold on the dental insurance industry. As a result, I have to pay for the entire visit upfront, which can be very costly, and wait several weeks to get a tiny portion reimbursed. I haven't changed dentists because we have a history with this team, we like them a lot, and they are conveniently located for us.

We could not be happier with our experience at Danville Pediatric Dentistry and orthodontics. Today was our daughters first dental appointment and everyone in the office went above and beyond to make it wonderful. Dr. Ozzie is amazing at what she does along with her team. Our daughter has Down syndrome and we were nervous about how she would do but it was a success. They do a great job at making the dentist a fun place to go for the kids. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Ozzie and Radha are the most phenomenal! They’re absolutely in control when working with our kids and it’s just a very stress free experience. The entire appointment goes smooth as opposed to our experiences at other dentist clinics. We’re lucky to be taking our kids to this clinic!

Dr. Reem and Dr.Ashley did a great job with phase two of my daughter’s braces and actually over delivered on what we thought was even possible. My daughter is so happy and her teeth are beautiful.

I really like the doctor, but 1 hour wait time is too much for a two year old, and not right. What is the point to make a fixed time appointment if don’t have a capacity?

This feedback is about their standard of informing patients of dropping insurance. They left A vague message and asked for a callback and didn't say that "we are no longer in your network". Instead sent so many reminders, pre-appointment covid check, text messages about appointment time etc. And when we showed up beside the rain, besides being 8 months pregnant they unapologetically tried to pin it on us that they have been trying to inform us. And because it would be a long conversation we didn't want to leave a message. Well, you just informed me in 15 seconds and wasted more than an hour. Just Wow. Some folks have no idea how to run a business. Needless to say, I left, because their charges looked exorbitant. $370 for a checkup and x-ray. I am promised won't be charged for cancelling an appointment, it ain't technically a cancellation if I show up but a bill of $49 just might show up. This is a great example of why the Healthcare system needs a total overhaul. I work for the largest hospital system and insurance provider in the state and this experience is something we wouldn't even imagine giving to our members.

Dr. Dana and her team are amazing. My child has been to many other dentists and has not had the best experience. Dr Dana made sure to make my son feel comfortable and explained every movement she was going to do before she did it. Amazing job so happy we finally found a place where they actually care about their patients.
