Customer service is great. Super friendly and their quick. Place is spotless and roomy great place to go have a quick bite after dinner or on a summer day. It’s vegan ice cream in my honest opinion, i have to agree with the person below how she mentioned the ice cream is watery and pretty much bland. I honestly thought I was eating a watered down ice cream cone. I thought it was going to be amazing from the comments but was not a big fan. I mean to each of their own, I am giving this place 4 stars cause of the service the products need some more thought to it. More for people who don’t like to taste anything

This ice cream is good and has Vegan options. Very good quality ice cream and different flavors.  When I want ice cream I really crave for lots of flavor and decadence. Try the ice cream that has real bananas and hazelnuts or go for the seasonal sundae. All good flavors but could use more buttery richness for just me.  This place has ambiance and the service is excellent so definitely tip for that!  TIP: There are only 2 parking spaces via the alley and lots of metered parking on street. Outside seating and inside. Also games for friends/family fun Connect 4, Jenga, and more

I go to this place with my friend and his kids about twice a month. The staff is super nice, they give you unlimited samples, and they have board games!  I usually get 3 scoops of flavors that I haven't tried and I ALWAYS get a giant scoop of their TARO ice cream. It's the weird, purple one. Trust me!  The flavors are bold but what sets them apart is that their frozen treats are slightly softer, icier, and more refreshing than most other places.

An amazing and fantastic vibe today, Dylan was accommodating our every need and has great and relaxed customer service. We will definitely be passing by again for their limited edition flavors, board games and more.

Tried their vanilla bean malted milkshake, very delicious. They have hot drinks, cold drinks, sundaes, ice cream with up to 12 different flavors. Very cool place to chill and play with friends, they have a huge Connect 4 and Jenga too.

I put together a birthday celebration every month for the employees of the company I work for. I was looking for something fun and new to replace the usual cupcakes we would get, and I am so glad I found Paradis. We were able to get an assortment of 90 ice cream sandwiches delivered on time to our celebration, and everyone LOVED them! I picked 6 different flavors, 2 of which were vegan to accommodated everyone, and thank goodness I ordered extra as people were excited to try a new flavor after finishing their first ice cream sandwich. I worked with Samer to iron out all details, he made wonderful recommendations, and it was ultimately the perfect scenario. 2 extremely kind and helpful people I'm so sorry I can't remember their names! delivered the sandwiches, and set them up perfectly. I'm glad my office got to try something new, I'm glad everyone enjoyed it, and I look forward to working with Samer and Paradis in the future!

A good selection of interesting flavors. Of note:  taro root, which had a lovely mild almost coconut taste and an an amazing natural lilac color. Also the banana sundae,  which tasted like real bananas.

Superb and consistent customer service + the flavors are amazing! Let's not forget the packaging pictured - Ice cream is made daily so that they are able to change flavors regularly and introduce new flavors seasonally.

Tasty ice cream flavors and very nice service. You get to taste the flavors beforehand and I feel the prices were pretty reasonable. I personally enjoyed the cookie butter ice cream and it was only $4 for 2 scoops. There were also other little treats like macaroons and cookies. The whole place was very welcoming and had games to play with friends. Overall a nice time and would definitely recommend trying it.

Delicious fresh ice cream, beautiful parlor, great atmosphere, amazing crew and outstanding customer service! Difinately coming back
