Service is great, owner is very respectful and checked on us if everything is good frequently. Tried pineapple head with paan ras and mint, for some reason flavor was light but setup and everything seems perfect, asked for cold hose and it’s perfect for this combo. Good place to hangout with friends, they do carry beers and cocktails.
This place is hands down the best. We went tonight and the customer service, the food, the ambiance. Everything was exceptional. This is my new place! Throne taken to explain even the simplest things was just phenomenal.Food: 5/5
Found this hookah lounge by happenstance and I’m sure glad I did! I had pics but they’re not uploading. Will try again later. I got a pineapple hookah $35 with mixed flavors. You can get the standard hookah bowl or choice of a pineapple or orange. There was plenty seating by 830p but the place slowly began to fill with folks by 10p. DJ was playing great music I definitely didn’t want to leave! Staff was friendly. Will be back for sure!
I thought it would be a decent crowd here on a Friday, but I was like the only person there besides 1 guy and they young man that was behind the counter, they will overcharge you if you don't know any better. Doubt I will ever return.Service: 4/5
The workers, Sina and Fallah, were wonderful. They gave us exceptional customer service and treated us with respect. The location and employees are both well-kept, and the hookah service was prompt, effective, and elegant. I heartily suggest this location for genuine hookahs.
This place was off the chain, hookah was delicious and reasonably priced, got the whole pineapple and orange flavor. DJ Roger Dat was on fire and never let the energy drop, would highly recommend.
The cost of the drinks are nightmare. Vodka and Cranberry should not cost $28 dollars. It is a huge turn off.Food: 3/5
Chill hangout spot for hookah with friends. The hookah is absolutely delicious. Our server was really good and recommended the pineapple head since it would be long lasting for our party of 3. He made a good pitch by saying it's just $5 more than the regular head. Since our hookah cost $35, I'm guessing the regular head is $30 and other places usually have $20-25 regular heads in Austin. So, the price is a bit higher than their competitors, but you get more flavor, and a much longer session. The hookah was very premium, and the flavor was delicious. While it is a bit pricier than the other hookah places out there, it's definitely worth it because of their excellent hookah, vibe, and customer service. This is going to be one of our regular hangout spots from now on. Would highly recommend!
The hookah and atmosphere is great. I've been here several times and the service is always great. I would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing place with great hospitality. I came here and didn't say anything to leave. Great people and even better customer service. Hookahs, drinks food are great too. The bartender is amazing also.This place will be a frequent spot when I'm in Austin.
