Darci assists both buyers and sellers with real estate transactions in Southeast, Texas.
Counties of coverage include Jefferson, Hardin, Jasper, Chambers, Orange and Tyler Counties.
Darci joined the real estate field in 2007 and has been awarded and ranked consecutively in the International Sterling Society as well as International Diamond Society with Coldwell Banker. Darci has also been awarded People's Choice For Hardin County in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Darci is both Cartus certified and USAA certified. Darci serves her clients with a high level of expertise backed by years experience in the real estate field.
When assisting sellers Darci believes in marketing seller's properties aggressively in proactive creative ways that set her apart from others in the industry.
In addition to assisting private clientele Darci also assists with foreclosure assets, Darci has serviced HUD for the past 9 years, Darci met all deadlines and expectations set by HUD. Darci holds monthly HUD training for our CBSH offices. Darci is proficient in all software programs used by HUD. Darci performed all photos, both marketing and date stamped inspections photos including weekly, to ready to list and ready to close photo reports. Darci performed BPO reports on all properties and kept a daily watch on any new tasks assigned and met all deadlines. Darci also ensured HUD reports such as Property Condition Summary, Property Condition Report and Welcome Home Flyer were present at each HUD property. Darci aggressively marketed HUD properties on all National real estate websites as well as social media.
Darci has also assisted third-party asset management companies as well as private banks with their foreclosure inventory. Darci has exceeded all expectations set forth from her corporate clientele and met all deadlines on a consistent basis.
