A unique bargain spot with genuine savings on books, toys, and gifts. Sometimes you can find coupons and get an item for free. Hey, it may be less than $2.00, but I bet you'll find something you like for yourself or a gift. They often have food trucks out front and a sweepstakes to enter. They have great double sided wrapping paper too. Stock up!
Absolutely a fun place to shop. We go once a year maybe twice before Christmas. Great stocking stuffer items. The store is very well laid out and has an organized flow even when extremely busy. And that is often. We started going to Darlington years ago before they moved. They were located in a shipping warehouse near the airport. Poor parking poor access to and from and the heat was not very good. Now that is all reversed. Should be a must shop for everyone. One of my favorite relaxing past times is a 3D puzzle. Can't find them anywhere. On line they skyrocketed in price to 300.00$ per puzzle. They have them this year for under 100.00$. My wife and daughter each got me one. Merry Christmas to me!
I make the drive out to the Darlington house every year to do my Christmas shopping. Sadly I don't think I will be back. As a CCW holder I'm saden to see the sign on the door which does not allow me.to embrace my rights. Also I was not happy with the higher prices on the toys.
I’m not overly impressed. The items around the edges were a mix of reasonable prices, but comparing prices, I purchased a monopoly game from Amazon that was $10.00. At the warehouse, all the monopoly games including the one I bought from Amazon were priced at $45.00. So some prices were good, others were not. Puzzles were mostly high. We stopped up the road at United Art and Education and found the same puzzle warehouse had for 24.99 priced at 9.99 at the educational store. Inventory at the warehouse was great though and staff were friendly. It was not worth the 4 hour drive we made to go there.
Great place for great deals. Definitely must stop here before you complete any Christmas shopping. They have so many different and unique items you probably won't find anywhere else. Take my word for it, We came in for wrapping paper left with two full bags of stuff.
Clean store, polite & helpful staff, great deals on a HUGE variety of items. Definitely a great place to find quality holiday supplies. It's so easy to find all your gift giving needs for ALL ages under one roof. ‍‍‍fur babies, too
What a fun place to explore. Seems like most everything is $2.49. Just watch what you buy, found several things for 2.49 that are $1.25 at a dollar store. Found a great pair of slippers that light up with led lights for 2.49!
I LOVED coming here! I am from Ohio and drive to Indiana just for the yarn! I saved over 100.00 by buying the yarn there. I was a little disappointed that many items there I could get cheaper other places but all in all it was a very cool place to experience. I will be back for sure in hopes for different yarn next time.
I know we're all supposed to love this place but I just don't. The aisles are too narrow for all the carts, they go around in circles and then dead end! How do you turn around? The place made me so dizzy I had to leave. I don't care if everything is cheap. It isn't worth the stress of going.
Darlington farms is a great place to go if you want things, but they have raised their prices whereas you probably could go to Dollar tree and might get the same thing. Although Darlington farms has some very unique items that you wouldn't find at the cheaper stores. I just wish the prices would have not gone up.
