Darshna S Chandrasekhara Dr

I had been seeing Dr. Darshna Chandrasekhara for 10 years. It's very challenging to schedule appointments, hardly anyone answers the phone. Voicemail boxes are constantly full. Also excessive wait times 45 minutes past appointment time. Dr has way too many patients that she's lacking good customer service. Office is focused on quantity over quality!!! The level of service has significantly declined. Dr. C seems more focused on completing her tasks than addressing my concerns and needs in a 5 minute visit. I did not feel heard or supported during my recent visits. I would not recommend this office to anyone as the Dr lacks the necessary compassion and understanding for patients. Stay Away!!!

Dr Darshna really listens and shows she cares about your health. It’s the first time in a long time that I felt comfortable and heard in a doctors presence. Definitely recommend her if you need an amazing OBGYN!

Dr. Chandrasekhara is great. She’s kind and listens. The patient portal is also easy to use. Her staff always reaches out immediately when I send a message or request an appointment. My experience here has always been great since 2021.

Heavy wait time. Took 2:30 hrs! Had to take half day off. The phone will never be answered. Tried 20+ times. Doctor said there is an outage, but the outage can’t be through out the week. Time with Doctor is ~15 mins but had to wait for 2:30 hrs. She covered the ultra sound and PAP. Short staff. Things were not well organized. Need to see how they charge for blood tests. Tiny sitting area.

Great facility!! Whether you talk to the receptionists, nurses or doctor, you will feel respected and valued as a patient! Everyone is so accommodating and the visits are painless. Throughout my pregnancy, I haven’t had any problems and all of my health issues are addressed and taken care of! Stress free pregnancy!

Dr. Chandrasekhara was straight forward did not second guess whether surgery would be best for my situation. The only complaint is someone from office answering the phone and receiving a cal back. Otherwise, I look forward to getting the surgery done.

Dr. Chandrasekhara had poor bedside manner and lacked empathy. She seemed to be in a rush to get out of my room and get to other patients. She did not have a supportive attitude. She barely looked at me during the appointment, and kept trying to finish her notes/paperwork. Also, this office rarely picks up the phone and their inbox was full for almost a week. I must've called at least 6 times till I actually spoke to someone.

I visited this place a while back. All was good on the 1st visit. When I came back for the ultrasound results the dr. gave me a run through of my results and the 2 procedures that it would take in office, to resolve my problems. Covid happened and I never had the procedures done. Once, I was able to return, the dr. checked me with her hands and said my condition had worsened no new ultrasound was ordered and she would no longer be able to perform my procedures in office. It would have to take place in a hospital setting and out of pocket would be close to $10,000. I never had the procedures done. I'm writing this now because recently, I went to get a new ultrasound only to find out that I never had what the doctor said I had, according to previous test results in my file. So, I would have had and paid for a procedure that was totally unnecessary. The dr does rush, makes you feel like another number on the books and not important. Maybe my results were confused with someone else's during the rush. It is very hard to get to someone on the phone. I had to go up in person to find out how much I owed. I had a balance due before the office shut down to covid. Office staff is very friendly.

This doctor needs to hire more office staff. I waited for over one hour on the examination room and no one provided me with a gown to change. When the doctor walked in, she looked confused as to why I was still fully dressed. After she provided me with a gown, she dissapered forever. Hire more personnel to help out/assist your patients.

Upon 1st appt., Dr C had an organized plan of intervention. She was very clear in communicating it to me. I appreciate her efficiency and A+ communications! Thanks for good service.
