Darwin Bünger will begin a solo practice, officially, January 2, 2018.
He will have offices in Fort Madison, Iowa at 610 Eighth St., and at 320 N. 3rd, Floor 6, (PO Box 223) in Burlington, Iowa.
The Fort Madison office will be shared with Carl Saunders as an association of sole practitioners. With the exception of products liability cases, he will practice in all those areas in which he has practiced for decades, namely:
• Personal Injury
• Worker’s Compensation
• Motor Vehicle Collisions
• Medical Malpractice
• Insurance Disputes, And
• General Practice (excluding Bankruptcy)
In addition, he is authoring a chapter entitled “What is malpractice?” for primary use by physicians, which book is entitled Legal Concepts and Best Practices in Obstretrics: The Physician’s Guide to Mitigating Risk.
Darwin is pleased and happy to be beginning this venture as a cap to five decades of practicing law.
