I hope to be of service to you as your Palm Coast, Florida real estate connection. I grew up in Maryland, playing and enjoying a love of all sports, and started playing golf early and loving it. I like the north but, as I grew older, golf only six or so months a year because of winter wasn't a happy lifestyle. I finally made the move to Florida and have lived in Palm Coast since 1997. Palm Coast and Flagler County offer a wonderful lifestyle, like golf year-round, fishing, boating, checking out many city-planned events and activities, and of course enjoying the ocean.

I began my real estate career in 2002, and today I am a full-time associate broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate based in Flagler County. I have worked extensively in the residential market, for golf, ocean, and boating interests of buyers and sellers in Flagler County and Palm Coast. Since joining Coldwell Banker in 2013, I have earned the company’s International President’s award for outstanding sales performance, and their Previews Property Specialist designation. I am also a nationally Certified Residential (CRS), Luxury Home Marketing (CHLMS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Our experience working with Dave Franklin was incredible. Dave was very patient with us from the day we expressed our interest in a home in Flagler Beach. He kept us very informed to the different properties available and worked at our availability given we were coming from out of town. Once we determined the house, Dave worked tirelessly on our behalf to get the house purchased with our interests in mind. It was a difficult buy given the house was under a non-conforming loan situation but Dave worked with us and the lenders to make the purchase happen. We have bought and sold multiple houses in the Atlanta area but never in Florida. Working with Dave was a great experience and we have recommended him to others we know for potential purchases in Florida. His character, honesty, and persistence made the experience very enjoyable. Dave Franklin is honest, patient, and goes the extra mike to work on your behalf. Being out of state at the time he provided excellent recommendations for closing, home inspection, insurance etc. I most definitely will use him when I look for another property later this year.
