Great selection, knowledgeable staff! The owner definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his smaller customers feel important. I’ve used them for flooring in 5 homes and have always been impressed with the straight-forward approach our salesman,Randy, takes. Their installation crews are courteous, work quickly, and tidy up after they’re done. I definitely recommend them!

Had a sales rep. come out and measure our bathroom for vinyl floor, not a big project, 45 sq. ft. After a week of not hearing back from him, we called and asked why we had not received a quote from him and he told us he was too busy, had other bigger projects to worry about. What a waste of time, very unprofessional

Flooring purchased is very nice; however, the installation was a nightmare! I was given an estimate of 2 days to complete 4 rooms allowing for a third day for any overruns. It actually took 6 days; some of which were 12 hour days. I was told the install would start on Thursday so we spent hours the night before packing things up to clear the rooms. Day 1, the installer showed up at 1:00 to view the job and left. An install team of 2, began the following day. Day 3, I was told a tool broke with no backup. Seeing that it was taking longer than estimated, I requested my living room be completed as quickly as possible so my family would have an area to "live in". I was told they would work with me. Days later the living room it is still not done. After notifying my sales rep, I received a text thanking me for enduring the set back and he will check in tomorrow. The following day, I received a text again from the sales rep stating they would be finishing up that day if we allowed them to work late. We agreed. Following day, job still not finished. Another text to the sales rep stating I am not happy the install is far from complete. His response... "I offer no excuses... I should have been more involved with the install..." Long story short... the flooring is very nice. The installer was very pleasant; his workmanship was very nice. With that said, I would not recommend using Dave's Floor Trend. I hired Dave's to oversee the install and expected them to have a "reasonable" understanding of the time needed to install this much flooring. I understand things happen; but to placate me and essentially dismiss my concerns is inexcusable! I will not use nor will I recommend this company.

There were initially a few mistakes made, but they made it right. The work was excellent, beautiful, and those who did the work were easy to work with and considerate. They took care of any mess made, and they went above and beyond to make us satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend working with Dave’s Floor trends ! The customer comes first, and they lived up to their promises. Thank you all!

We used Dave's Floor Trends to recarpet our home. Randy Bartlett was extremely helpful with carpet selection, placing the order, and managing the installation. Prices were very competitive - much better than the big box stores and with personalized service and attention to detail! We also used Dave's Floor Trends to tile two bathrooms. Randy brought tile samples to our home, and based on his experience and design expertise, guided us in selecting the perfect flooring for our home. Randy went above and beyond what was expected of a sales representative! We have recommended Dave's Floor Trends to our family and friends.

Large selection of all types of flooring. Salesman was very knowledgeable. Good prices on area rugs in stock also.
