Dr. Cowan has been providing quality general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry for more than 25 years. He graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1987 then completed his Post Graduate training in General Dentistry at United States Naval Reserve, San Diego, CA, receiving an honorable discharge. His first practice was started in Salem, Oregon in 1996 and relocated to California in 2006 where he has been proudly serving the Santa Barbara area ever since.
Dr. Cowan is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and is a certified Invisalign provider. He has taken extensive continuing education courses, most recently specializing in Veneer & Crown restoration.
