Can’t say enough about the quality of service provided of by David Adlfinger Agency. Alisha spent hours transferring our coverage from AZ to CO and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She provided multiple discounts for which I am so grateful. Felt like family not a client We had total damaged roof from hail within months of living in the new house. After the adjuster came, we had the approval and initiation of the money for repairs THE NEXT DAY. Great agency and highly recommend them.
As a newer customer, I'm highly impressed. The level of service, attention to detail, communication, and effort are top notch! This is far more personal than calling a 1-800 # and being placed in a queue to speak to a different representative each time. The personal touch and level of knowledge make a huge difference!

There is no better team than David Adlfinger's team to meet your insurance needs. We've been customers of this team for over 15 years and would never ever plan on leaving except that we are moving to a state that Amfam doesn't cover homes and vehicles. Luckily for us they can still have our life insurance plans! We've worked with them to have homeowners coverage, rental coverage, vehicle coverage, and life insurance. They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and most importantly personal. They know who we are when we call and we greatly value that relationship.

I worked closely with Alisha for about 3 months on several personal and business accounts that were complex and had very urgent response windows at times. Alisha was always one step ahead of me and was quick to redirect me when I thought I knew what I needed -- but didn't really understand the needs. She was always there to calm the storm and set things right. I fully recommend working with Alisha and American Family for all insurance needs.
I have home, auto and umbrella with the David Adlfinger Agency. I work with Alicia, and have to say that she handled my concerns exceptionally well. With my most recent home policy renewal, I was not thrilled with the leap in cost. I did some comparison shopping and sent her the quote from another company. We booked a call to review the quote and my policy, and she took time to explain all the different endorsements. We made a few changes that reduced my costs, while still covering my home very well. That's the level of client care that creates loyalty.
