Policies & Procedures
Children:
For the protection of your children, the respect of the other guests, and due to certain safety regulations, the salon area is off limits to children without an appointment. Salons are environments filled with sharp instruments and irons that reach temperatures of 450 degrees, keeping children safe is our first goal. Children under the age of 11 receiving a service must not be left unattended during their visit. This means they must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times, under no circumstances is the child to be left unattended at any time during their visit.
Cancellations / No Show Policy:
To provide better service and open schedules to clients needing an appointment and to be respectful to our service providers, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask that you please consider this when booking your appointment. For your convenience all appointments are confirmed by phone prior to service.
Punctuality:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment because there will paperwork for you along with a consultation with your service provider before starting any service. Arriving late deprives you of your reserved service time and could result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
Pre-Booking:
Evenings and weekends are the most requested and busiest times for the salon. It is advised if those are the times that work best for you please book as far in advance as possible. This insures that you get the dates and times that you prefer. This is especially important during all holiday seasons.
