Need an emergency pair of glasses and can't get a copy of my previous prescription because it expired thanks covid, next available appointment is August. What a joke, and I'm actually pretty sure that's a HIPPA infraction failure to provide records when requested. The hours are terrible for anyone working. 8:30-4? Lol. Wait times have always been excessive in the lobby which is another reason I go infrequently. If you don't want me to spend my money locally that's fine, there is a chain nearby that will be getting my business.
This Dr. Actually saved my life! Went in for a routine eye exam and he found a blockage in my carotid arteries! He was very thorough in his exam! He even called my Dr and called my pharmacy to order blood thinner medicine for me himself. Soon I was in the process of scheduling a endarterectomy, spent 2 days in the hospital, home for 2 days, emergency service to Cincinnatitoo windy for air care don't remember the 3-5 days at that hospital, then 2 months later on new years eve another surgery removal of part of colon spent 2 more weeks in hospital, but now 1 year later I have never felt better. Very disappointed had an appointment on a Friday which was made well over a month ago, drove up there from an hour away just to find out they were closed that day. Did not receive a phone call or text message or anything about them being closed and for me not to come in. Now I have to wait until to end of the month to be seen after already waiting 2 months for this date, ugh!
