This was my first experience at David Ezra. Beautifully designed SPA. I had massage and pedicure with Bree. She knows what she is doing. Amazing art and very comforting. I highly recommend this SPA to whoever loves SPA services.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Great place for a massage. Team.was friendly from the moment I walked in to check out. I was greeted by name, the massage bed was inside where during the massage where I was turned on my back, I was seated at a slight incline which made the shoulder massage enjoyable.  It was very clean and the room was soothing with spa music and ocean waves.  Natasha's hands were gold and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back!

Today I had such a horrible experience at David Ezra Salon. I do not recommend to anyone. I came to the salon two weeks ago for a consult for my hair. I did this because I wanted to make sure the hairstylist David and I were align with what I wanted. We agreed on the price and outcome because I didn’t want any surprises. I book the appointment 5 days before my wedding. I come in today get my hair colored and instead of correcting it he ruins by not achieving what I wanted. The manager Julie was very rude did not find a solution and threaten us to pay or she would call the police. All they cared about was the money. So I payed and walked out. Now as a bride to be on Saturday I have to find someone else to fix my hair.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I’ve been going to this salon for years and I have to say this was my worst experience with Cina. I normally do balayage and Cina persuaded me to do a full head of highlights to achieve a more “full” look of blonde highlights. Now, my hair will basically color free except for the tips, so she was working with a blank canvas since the old color was all grown out. Cina kept saying the color was lightening up beautifully and I was so blonde etc etc. fast forward, no toner was put in my hair because the color was “perfect”. I didn’t end up getting blow dried there so when I went home I saw the disaster of brassiness and my roots looked like it’s been months of grow out, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The highlights were also sporadic and not full at all. For the amount I paid, and for the quality of service that I received just didn’t match. I called and they wanted me to come back in to “fix it”. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to come in to have something fixed if it was just done correctly the first time. Marisol is THE BEST!!! She is so welcoming, personable and talented. Absolutely love her services and hope she gets a raise and a bonus! She absolutely deserves it, totally recommend that you get your hair done by her  5 Star

Giving 5 stars because I love my hair stylist but did have a very bad experience when I tried a pedicure for the first time. New person's 1st day, gave a terrible gel french pedicure that had stains on it after i wore socks and shoes?? Which stayed till my next pedi. She did something wrong. It was in the height of my busy work season so I did not get back right away, but when I did, I was there in person and could still show them the issue. Find out new person was gone after 2 days. I only received a $20 credit from an $80 pedicure because I didn't let them know within their policy time. Also I did not know the credit for the next pedicure was that small as I was told someone would get back to me to discuss. No one ever called me. The person who did my 2nd pedicure was fabulous. So I am happy with that but feel it was very poor customer service on their part. Which definitely makes me not want to use them for other services. You find out alot about a company when there is a problem.

Tony did an awesome job on me today! He did color and cut and now I feel like a new person. Walked in with uneven color and came out with exactly what i asked for! Thank you Tony!

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HAIR    WITH  GORAN THE BEST HAIR CUT AND COLOR BEST HIGHT LIGHTS  . GORAN IS VERY NICE, KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE  THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE   I REALLY  APPRECIATED  IT  . EVERYONE  IS SO FREINDLY AND  HELPFUL AT THE FRONT  DESK. MY EXPERIENCE  IS ALWAYS  NICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND  DAVID EZRA SALON. THANK YOU
