Terrible CPA. We had the worst experience with him being late to hand in papers for PPP loan forgiveness. His assistant lost paperwork multiple times. He switched our company to a S-Corp. although we didn’t want that. My husband signed paperwork and didn’t read it, although we both verbally said not to do that. He over charged us multiple times. Do not use this guy!
