Clearly, at this point I was frustrated. Someone, somewhere filled out a form with my information and after six calls and texts, I was cranky. The other agents must not communicate with each other about who has filled out these forms. Although I was grumpy, this man was downright rude. I was only trying to figure out what form I could have filled out in order to remove my information, and what I got in response was snark. It was rude. This is not customer service. Even if I did "make a mistake," this was not the way to respond to someone. If he wanted my business, why would he have responded this way? Maybe you find his responses funny. Then he's the perfect person to handle your insurance needs.
