I have been going to the Ladds for dental work for as long as I can remember, and I have never once had an issue with them or anyone in the office. Dr. Ladd is a very patient, polite guy who tells it like it is and gets the job done. He has done various jobs from check ups to root canals on me, and I have always felt at ease. Lori is also very pleasant to work with on the phone when it comes to scheduling appointments, billing, and other things. I highly recommend Dr. Ladd if you are looking for a new dentist in NWI!

Clean office and friendly staff! David has been my dentist for years, and his brother Eric before that. The entire team if professional and will go above and beyond to take care of you!

Decided not to go here. They offered a 10% discount for cash payment, but it had to be literally CASH. Like no cashiers check. Really?? - I'm supposed to bring a couple thousand in cash over to your office? If he is skimping out on taxes then who knows what other corners he is cutting. No Thanks!

Forgot I had an appointment and called and the receptionist was very rude. Told me she couldn’t schedule me again, why would anyone want to go to a dental office where they can’t even accommodate someone. I guess they’re not conscious of the fact that people have busy lives and sometimes miss or forget things.

The staff up front is rude trying to charge a no show fee but when We called to cancel they were on a vacation. But never bother to call their patients for a reminder about the appointment.

Best dentist in the area. Have never had a problem with him or his staff. Always friendly and accomodating. Have been going to him since he opened in Schererville.

Nice and very helpful. Honest and not trying to sell a bunch of stuff you don't need.
