They were able to get me in for a fitting on the day I called!! Some of the staff seemed more interested in the sale, instead of me. But whitney was my personal helper. She's the only reason i'm giving this place 5 stars, instead of 3. She was interested in me. We talked about our kids, our lives, and what I wanted. She never pressured me into buying a dress, either. This was the first time I'd tried on dresses. So, I appreciated her patience so much! Ask for her when you go!
I always loved the place. Purchased my daughter's prom dress from here and had a wonderful time. Also purchased my mom 75th birthday gown here and it was also just stunning on her. But today's visit was kinda personal I had a guest for one of the employees.... Ladybug says Hello...

The stylist I was given for my appointment was so nice and receptive to the details for my wedding dress. The manager even came around and made sure everything was going smoothly too. I absolutely would recommend coming to this David’s Bridal. UPDATES: After going back with the mother-in law, I was finally able to get the dress of my dreams! Logan was my stylist this time and she was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you guys so much for the warm and happy environment. I couldn’t have asked for more!
Grace did a fabulous job helping myself and my bridesmaids find dresses! She was friendly and absolutely amazing to work with! She also made sure we received everything we needed such as alterations or shoes! It was a fantastic experience! My girls will look wonderful for my wedding!!
Briana is amazing with Alterations and her Customer Service. She should really get 10 stars because she goes above and beyond. She made my nerves lessen about the dress and all that it needs. I would recommend her to everyone. Final Dress fitting was today. I am so excited about how the dress looks. Thank tou Briana.
Simply put, this store and its staff are amazing! I went in about a week ago to shop for my wedding dress. Immediately after walking in, I was kindly greeted and checked in. The staff members were very personable and seemed genuine - like they actually care about their customers and their weddings, not just asking questions because they have to. I browsed for a few minutes until I was approached by Bree, who asked me about my budget, my preferences, and measured me. Since I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, she went around and personally picked out different styles of dresses - making sure they were in my budget - and started a dressing room for me. She was very helpful, and dressed me up with some different accessories that went perfectly with my dress. And when I found "the" dress, all of the staff members were very kind and made me feel great about myself. They made me feel like royalty. My entire experience was amazing. And I also have to say, I was incredibly pleased with the store's cleanliness and selection! A great variety at an amazing price.
I had an absolutely blessed time with this staff! Extremely welcoming and courteous, as well as honest and upfront about costs and future expenses. Whitney was my girl! She immediately felt out the theme of the wedding, the style I wanted, and I knew the one I wanted with the second dress I tried on! So thankful for Whitney and the amazing staff that helped me find my dress!
Grace Munoz was AMAZING. We went in thinking we knew what I would be in ideally, and she being as polite, nice, and funny as she was, showed us exactly what type of dress I should be in! We have another appointment set up, and I can’t wait to meet with her again! Everything went so smoothly, and I was comfortable, and felt like I was talking to a best friend that knew what I should look like on my big day. An absolute, wonderful experience!
I came in unhappy with the dress I had bought at a different store and the staff here were so helpful and understanding. Grace helped me find the dress that I absolutely loved and felt good about myself in. She did an exceptional job helping me exchange dresses I had bought and get new ones ordered for us in the dress that I love. The store manager “shaunda?” I think that was her name, not for sure, but she was very helpful with the exchanges and even helped me get discounts. Loved my experience and would highly recommend them!! Thank you again Grace I’m so happy now
