Apprehensive about heart procedure but everyone from receptionist, nurses, the Physician Assistant  and Dr were most,most   accommodating and kind.   They made my anxiety completely disappear with their professionalism but warm caring attitude.  Thank you team for my care and making my Monday afternoon enjoyable after your care. On 7/26/2023 I had an appointment with Dr Gerard PA which I was referred to, Upon arrival I was asked if I had the disk with my MRI results which I did not and my response that I had phone call the night before stating that they would the doctor that referred me to this office and thought that would be handled and was not. I then escorted to the x-ray room for 4 x-rays then escorted to the exam room where I was greeted by a nurse who took my vitals and asked me about my medications. I was then greeted by Dr Gerard who proceed with a few questions and then made explained to me she had no MRI's and then made assessment without any MRI's that there was nothing wrong with me!!! I have been through with nothing but pain in my back and legs to to an auto accident and just trying to find a Doctor to help me!! This is clearly not the Doctor I want to help me in the future. I wish someone at Davie Medical Center would look into this.

This is a very great facility. The people are so friendly and helpful. The doctors are professional and personal, making you feel like you’re important and they really care about your health. I would refer anyone to give them a try if they have eye issues.

ER care was horrid medically didn't even bother to diagnose me with anything when a specialist later told me it was extraordinarily obvious to any doctor with a clue, and the majority of staff I interacted with could not have cared less about me beyond getting me out of there. Except the 60+ y/o woman with the Debbie Does Texas cleavage at the reception desk, anyway, who gleefully ran after me to "make sure we [took] care of that bill."  I will never interact with another Wake Med facility if I have even a scintilla of a choice.  Oh, and don't forget the nebulous facility fee if they refer you to a specialist on campus. They might not charge you your full deductible, but they def might!

Wonderful nurses and physicians here. No wait, they were able to see my mom immediately. The registration folks were kind. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very good surgeon.  Dr Bhave listens to all our concerns. Takes his time with his patient to explain what needs to be done & how he will do a procedure & what to expect afterwards. Very nice person

From the time I was helped out of the car the staff was on point nice, polite,  concerned and taking care of me.  After b eing sick for a week. We are so glad that we found out about this facility.   Thank you all for everything.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and Dr. Hartzler team. I am having pain. I wasn't discharged until my pain was managed. Thanks staff. I fear I have a blood clot in my thigh.

Very clean and organized facility. Pay attention to the numbers on the screen because its hard to hear sometimes. Everyone was very patient with my brother and I and were able to get us where we need to go. Wait time wasn’t long either.

My father came in for chest pains. They where fast and thorough. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone nearby.
