Davie, Rodeo Grounds

Great Rodeo and seats. They always aim to please. Very nice crowd. No issues or hassles. Easy in and out and good parking. The Bull Riding, steer roping, barrel racing etc was great!

Davie is nicked named "Cowboy" town for good reason. There are many ranches here i.e., Bar-B Ranch, excellent places to trail ride ie, behind Flamingo Gardens, or Long Key, parts of the downtown area have that old west vibe, and of course there's the famous Bergeron rodeo in February in a glorious covered, open air stadium. Yes, rodeo is very much alive in the US of A. Be prepared for a healthy dose of patriotism, military appreciation, and thanks to the One above before the action kicks off. There's a great mix of steer wrestling, bronco riding, barrel racing, half-time roping displays, and of course, bull riding, the longest 8 seconds in a cowboy's life. There's plenty to eat and drink on the grounds. Ticket prices are nominal, at about $25 for 2 1/2 hours of some thrilling and unique entertainment. If you appreciate good horseback riding and some daredevil events, it's well worth attending.

Lots of memories here. My kids and I have rode at Davie every Wednesday night for the last 40 years! Had a great time tonight with our 3rd generation cowgirls 2&3 yrs old!

We went for the spring fair! It's little cute really cute and gun activities for the kids!

First time at the rodeo. Be sure to get your tickets in advance because it will be sold out. The atmosphere was great and the people were wonderful. I got the VIP tickets, and I must say, they have lots of work to do to make it worth it. The seating was terrible, the food & beverage area was next to the horses so lots of flies, and they shut the alcohol off without any notice.

Great location to host events such as weddings, reunions, celebration dinners etc in Broward county. The backdrop was picture perfect, the staff was friendly providing great service which made the whole experience fantastic.

The Rodeo ground is fine and well maintained. The food service is slow and expensive. Waiting time during my visit for cooking a meal was about 1hr and 39 minutes.

The rodeo is always fun, but this week we went for a field trip to the Spring Festival. It was a great experience, especially for lower elementary aged kids. Lots of animals, including some exotic ones like sloths, kangaroos, and a baby lemur. Pig races and the petting zoo were highlights as well. Go check it out!

We had an overall amazing experience at our first Rodeo!!! My only complaint is the prices for food and drinks... $8 for an 8 Oz glass of lemonade? Really??? Please, make it reasonable.

Davie Rodeo is one of the last Great Family and Friends Events to make sure and go to with your family or just with friends. They have wonderful food, full bar, children’s activities and the Best Rodeo’s in Florida!
