Would not recommend, they do well with trash pick up, but the billing department constantly messes up your credit card information causing your contract to run out after 3 months, a which point they cancel your service, then contact you to tell you to pay a reactivation few. This has happened to me 3 times now and the Credit Card information has yet to change any of the 3 times they called to get me to reactivate the service. I think there are intentionally causing autopay clients to lapse on payments so that they can get more reactivation fees. It's either greed or incompetence to not be able to charge someone for the service. I wish W&M never sold the service.
Local convenience center for trash, tires, recycle materials, old refrigerators and AC units, and tree trimmings, etc. Has a Put-&-Take area that's covered. The wood mulch from the giant shredders is free to take, unless the County has a big need for it. Always clean and well-kept. Employees are friendly. OPEN 0700 - 1800 Friday - Wednesday CLOSED THURSDAY and certain holidays
Called in with a complaint that all my trash wasn't taken and all of it was put in trash can on pick-up day.... Management did call me in reference to it but believed their worker over me...been with this company almost 4yrs now...very disappointed in how things were handled...I would never lie and call with a complaint if something didn't happen.
To much money for one trash can that they don't pickup half the time. When you complain, they just ask if you want to discontinue service. No, I just I want the service I'm paying for.
I work here. And it is a well paid job. With a good boss. And good environment. With nice people.
