Davita Hendersonville Dialysis

We were on vacation in the area and I have to say they took amazing care of my father. He has dementia and sundowner, which with a change in location can be tough, but they made him feel warm and welcome and he did amazing. Kudos to Sabrina and Polly for the extra love and care you showed my father.

I have been coming here for several months. The staff is great, the facilities are always clean, and when I need to travel, the staff is very accommodating. They would get 5 stars except every time I walk in the door they stab me with 2 needles…

Please be careful when receiving care from DaVita Dialysis services. While I am not denoucing this particular location, I warn people to look into health inspection records currently, and ensure that they are receiving the best, cleanest care possible. Patients are not privy to everything that happens in a clinic, and unfortunately, DeVita Dialysis has a history of unclean and unsanitary practice. The company itself has been able to bloom into a multibillion dollar company due to loose oversight of the dialysis treatment centers, and shaky lines. It HAS GOTTEN BETTER, but I do encourage people just to check up and make sure they are holding up to their standards of excellent at the time of their treatement.

The sign states doors open at 0530, patients arrive on time as directed, but staff never arrives before 6:15! Can someone tell me why!

Nice, bright and clean facility; staff are very busy, but always have time for the client.
