Hi welcome, my name is Andre im just a small biz here in the central valley of Ca, and serve up some of the best hot dogs on the west coast, In my community I see a lot of carts and trucks, people realy look at them, most are very dirty, im not talking about the pros out there, there are many, but I see more and more of what I call bandit carts and catering going on, what is a bandit you ask, a person or so called company that is not permitted to sell food of any kind or drinks did not take the time to get a serve safe certificate to handle food and know how, to get a permit from the health dept or carry insurance, Well WE DO and many other food carts do take the time to ask , I take pride in my food I don't use the cheep hot dogs from Costco or sams club I use Vienna beef , and a few west coast brands so top of the line, I started running carts when I was 13 and back at it at 51 so I know my Dogs and know what people like, So with that in mind pleas think about us yell you friends next time your planning an event or party , my rates are great mot the time I can beat the bandits price , and serve better food, im your small local business and love to help charities, fund raiser for kids groups etc please call and shop local.
