Excellent service. I needed a small roof repair loose shingles. They responded promptly and came within a day to give me an estimate but ended up completing the job right there within a few minutes and were super reasonable about the cost. I JUST WANT TO START BY SAYING, I NEVER WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I'M WARNING YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They did a super sloppy job at attempting to fix our roof other roofers have since commented who have seen their work.They gave us a "10 year warranty" and did not honor it. Now, unfortunately we are having to proceed the legal route as Sunny/Irslan has stopped returning our calls and given us numerous excuses and reschedules obviously stalling us. The roof is still leaking and now growing mold and becoming a bigger issue. I found them through a Google search and read the positive reviews. I'm convinced those reviews are fake. DO NOT USE THEM. They are also notoriously late and flakey to add to the drama of it all! NOTHING WAS GUARANTEED HERE EXCEPT A VERY EXPENSIVE HEADACHE AND 2 YEARS OF WASTED TIME!!!!

I used Dawn contractors for my roofing Service. they were professional, timely, courteous, fair pricing. overall very good service. i would use their services again and recommend giving them a chance.

These gents did a fantastic job... roof was fixed in two day and the only water that leaked was from residual, which the forman promised to follow through and has been... making sure i dont have leaks by calling me every morning. He made sure the job was done to a tee. I even had them put a desk together for me because I didnt have the tools. Took them minutes. Forget money... it will get wet if you dont have a solid roof... Amazing work and would hire again but I doubt I will eer need to.

I didn't have the pleasure of completing a job with these folks due to an issue I had with my building's board but I'm posting this to commend Dawn on their outstanding professionalism and courtesy. They responded immediately to my initial query, arrived promptly on the day we set for inspection, were friendly and professional while here, and ultimately gave me a very fair estimate. Even after things went south on my end they were the model of nobility.

Fast and clean and extremely reliable; they will NOT let you down! Some of the most professional people I've ever hired. Friendly and polite crew and clean job. Did my roof, sidewalk, and my brick face wall.
