I haven’t been to the dentist in years & was so scared to go back after so long. Dawson Family Dentistry made a scary experience a great one! Everyone was so nice & caring. They really took their time to explain everything to me and make sure I felt comfortable. They were amazing! I never leave reviews but felt they really deserve it. They also identified a possible issue with my jaw that explains SO many underlying symptoms I’ve experienced for too many years without anyone else noticing!!
I've had the same dentist my whole life... so when he retired and Dr. Dawson took over, I was nervous! But she quickly gained our trust. She's such an amazing dentist and an all around great person. I'm so very thankful my son will grow up with her as his dentist. Her level of care is amazing and the whole staff is just fantastic!
well changing my review. showed up 10 mins late and was informed the hygienist could no longer see me today because of my tardiness due to traffic. my complaint is for the hygienist and not Dr Dawson she is fantastic. there have been times in the past where i was 10-15mins past my scheduled appt and still waiting to be taken back, and I let that slide. but i show up 10 mins late and the hygienist cancels on me, and has Luanne at the front desk tell me after sitting in reception for 4 mins.... we all run late sometimes
Dr. Dawson and the whole staff are amazing. I got a new crown in about 2 hours, a process that used to take weeks. Plus, she deducted what I had already paid for a work-around that lasted about a year. I would say that was more than fair.
For me, a trip to the dentist is not something I relish. I'm the biggest baby ever! So I really wasn't looking forward to my visit. The receptionist and assistant were all brilliant, I emerged relatively unscathed. Thank you all so much, what a team! P.S they have also taken care of my husband! I'm so glad we have found you!!!
I’ve been going to Guthrie/Dawson since I was 12 years old—so for 30 years. I have moved out overseas and I’m home once a year. I’ve had to go to other dentists for an emergency. I have never had better care/kinder people. That’s why I’m a customer for Life.
This practice is fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and knowledgeable staff. They were great navigating my insurance and Dr. Dawson is great at explaining what she is doing and looking for as well as establishing a treatment plan that is reasonably priced and thorough. I am extremely thankful that I found this practice and I am moving every member of my family here!
I highly recommend Dr. Dawson for anyone looking for a great dentist.
Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Dawson, I found her to have an incredible bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable and put my needs ahead of her bottom line income. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. My spouse is changing dentist right away. I feel so blessed and lucky to have found Dawson Family Dentistry!
When you leave the office Dr. Dawson you know you have had the best dental care. As a child I had a bad experience with dentists, but Dr Dawson and her staff are friendly and excellent at their jobs. They care about you as if you are family. When you need services beyond your regular teeth cleaning, Dr Dawson walks you through the process so you understand everything before she starts. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson and her team!
