Place is run down and full of bums and homeless in the woods. Very dangerous to visit. Update. And this is to the owner. Yes it is near the woods .I used to live on day island for 2.5 years and there were lots of homeless in the woods.. I k now exactly were the yacht club is on day island , I walked around the neighborhood everyday while we lived there, so I appreciate you not lying and saying what's not around, there are woods by the train tracks and there are woods as you walk down to day island on 27th street
