This is one of my favorite spas to visit when I want to treat myself. My last visit I had a massage with Juanita who was amazing. She inquired about my needs, if there were areas of concern/ pain that she should steer away from and any areas I wanted to focus on that day. Juanita performed a magic trick. I was having some issues with internal and external hip rotation and shared that with Juanita. I have no idea what she did or how she did it, but when I left that day I felt so much better. She would check intermittently to make sure I was okay and that too much pressure was not being applied. And in between I would drift off into a light nap. The girls at check-in are always friendly and always smiling. I love the fact that they add a special touch by giving you a robe to change into and refreshments before and after your session. I already have my next appointment lined up with Juanita and can't wait to go back.
Wow! I was blown away by this place, such an oasis in Fayetteville. I came for a rejuvenation massage and my masseuse was Sue. She was incredible and did the perfect amount of pressure. The rejuvenation is a full body massage, including arms and legs and neck. I added aromatherapy an extra $10 and the scents were beautiful. I found the prices reasonable, the aesthetic superb and quality top notch. You get a robe and flip flops i kind of wish they used slippers instead of plastic flip flops but it’s such a small detail can’t really complain! and there’s a locker to leave your stuff securely. They also have a cafe, which wasn’t apparent on their website and was a nice surprise. The menu has breakfast, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, salads and champagne, wine and beer. I got a mimosa and salad for lunch - fresh and delicious, eating on the terrace just added on so much to the whole experience. I cannot wait to come back for another massage or to try out some of the other services.
The attention to detail from the masseuse was outstanding. Bridget also remembered the sents I like plus the muscles that I prefer more attention. She made me feel really comfortable.
The Atmosphere was so welcoming and the cleanliness was amazing ! The staff was amazing. While there , I was working with Charles , who’s one of there fitness coaches. In such a short time I was able to see changes in my body and started to feel comfortable in my clothes . Charles was always encouraging and he will push you to your full potential! I will miss them !
I just left from the day spa. This is a wonderful facility. The workers are friendly and worked well with me. It is a very calm environment and I loved everything about it. Also, the price was not too high for the service I received. I really and truly enjoyed my massage.
My husband booked me an appointment here and let me tell you, I’ve never been to a better spa! First i got an AMAZING massage from Brigette definitely coming back for her and then i got a pedicure from Ashley and my husband had Tati. We both had such a fun relaxing time. Will definitely be coming back because of this visit! Thank you guys so much! *Hopefully i didn’t butcher the name of those ladies. Sorry if i did!*
Ken, my new hairdresser, did a great job. First time, he was good at listening to what I wanted and needed. Booked next 3 months. Tracy will always be my manicurist. Very happy with both.

A friend purchased a gift card for me in 2019 and was told there was no expiration date. Today a friend gifted me a couples massage and after a wonderful experience, I was going to use my gift card purchased in 2019 to schedule a hot stone massage, I presented my gift card and was told that they expire 18 months from date of purchase and were extended an additional year due to Covid. I argued that this is not stated on the gift card and was given the contact information for the general manager Daphne whom I immediately contacted, She continued to repeat the same policy and was unable to provide proof. She stated “it’s in our system when we register the card and we extended the date for one year.” She was unable to provide proof to justify their unscrupulous business practices. I had the person available who originally purchased the gift card, and Daphne told her that she was lying because that was not their policy. Daphne stated that she was hired as a general manager and her word was the final word and I asked to speak with someone above her. She stated that the company has several owners, and she would take my name and number and have them contact me and gave me their contact information. She was totally inflexible and dismissive. She talked over me as I tried to explain that this policy should be stated on the gift card. I asked her how was the customer to know that there was an 18 month expiration or that it was extended due to Covid and she was unable to provide an explanation for that. This company tends to practice unscrupulous deceptive, and unethical business practices. This company does not inform customers upfront that gift cards expire after 18 months as they want to lure the customer into paying their money and then the 18 month expiration date is stated later when the customer attempts to redeem gift cards. This company is in the business of taking a customers money, not refunding it, and also not providing a service. Absolutely egregious. I will never purchase another service from these greedy people. I received a great massage from the therapist, but unfortunately, they are employed by these scumbags.
My experience was amazing. They had an a one day guess pass and even though we didn't get to do everything it was still worth it. Once we get enough funds to join and keep up with the payments we are locked in.
