I bought a truck from here back in 2011 and it was a good truck a after a few on time payments they sent my account to a finance company. Which was really great since I was never late on a payment and the finance company reported it and I was able to trade in that truck for a brand new truck. This is a great way to build your credit if you dont have any. When I went to get financing for my new truck the new finance company loved that I had established and payed off a car loan and they where more then happy to give me a loan for a new truck.

I highly recommend Daylight! They are the only car lot that didn't mind my low credit score, helped me get insurance there, and got me out of the office in less then 30 minutes! The staff was extra friendly and helpful, they let me drive as many cars as i wanted, and take off $100 for every referral i send them. They are very strict on payments and due dates, but they tell you that before you purchase the car. Definitely will be using them again

Scam artists. Poor customer service. The men that work there talk to women like dogs. Liars.  They go by different names on the phone. Say they don't have a mechanic when they do. Say there is a manager which is a lie. You never get to speak with one. Seems like a whole bunch of high school kids running the place to get some quick money. Very unprofessional, I've had issues with my truck since day 1! Down to them making me sign wrong paperwork and giving me the WRONG keys to the truck to horrible engine problems. I went in with my 6 month old daughter and they STILL treat people like crap! Don't waste your time or money!

There really should be a lemon Law in the STATE OF FLORIDA for USED cars. I bought a JEEP from this dealership not even one YEAR ago. We took a test drive and it was cold outside, so we tried the air and "was assured it worked" because of the cool air it was hard to tell, it has never worked. The check engine light came on and once again he put a tester on it and stated it was just an electrical issue making it come on but said there was nothing wrong even with the electrical because we questioned that as well. The light went off  he made it go off. It came back on the next day. We live near trees and my son got a crack in his windshield so it's free for the insurance to replace it...we called our carrier and set it all up, to our surprise the window could not be replaced because of RUST. When we were told that we decided to go in places on the jeep we couldn't see when we first purchased the vehicle because they PAINTED them black to cover up the RUST!!!!! I now have a jeep sitting in my yard that's too dangerous for my son to drive and did I mention it needs a new clutch already!!!!! I owe 4,000 and am paying for a vehicle that will sit in my driveway need an entire new frame, we looked under the carpet and there are small rust holes EVERYWHERE....nice way of trying to hide something....there should be a way to fix this but again the consumer gets ripped off...you can't see RUST when it's PAINTED and covered up on purpose!!!!!! VERY ANGRY! BTW I have my payment set up with a finance company too I make mine ON TIME!

Horrible people. My fiance and I work hard for the first descent vehicle we've ever owned. Got our kids an 03 sequoia. Everything about it was perfect. We had it 2 months and they lied saying the payment was late when it was actually a day before the payment was due and they repoed it. We have yet to get our belongings out of the vehicle. I am currently in the middle of a law suit. I'm not sure how this gonna go considering were not the first ones this has happened to, and probably not the first to try and sue, but it amazes me that this  business is still open due to all the negative reviews I've been reading. Don't EVER buy from these people!

I have finally made my last payment. The truck I bought from Daylight Auto Sales was wonderful, and it really had to be considering I paid about 4,000 dollars more than what it was worth because I could not find the exact truck I was looking for anywhere else. Everything was good for 1/4th of the time I had the truck, that being the amount of time it ran. Rust spots started appearing where they had just painted over them, the transmission messed up and this one is my favorite My brakes went out one day on my way home from work, turns out the brake lines had rusted to a point that no shop would touch them because of the chance of them messing something else up in the process. What was their solution to this issue? Paint them black and move on. This truck almost killed me twice, is now in a state where I want nothing more than to get rid of it and all of this despite my being close friends to the owner's sons. My truck has been a lawn ornament for 1/4th of the time i've had to pay back this loan. The only good thing that has come from this is the experience any my credit score rising. This place is just like all the others you will encounter in panama city, despite them saying they are not. They will do whatever it takes to make themselves some money even at the cost of peoples livelihood or even their lives apparently.

I got my car from Daylight in 2011 and it has been the best car I have had.... They were very friendly  and helpful plus I am going back to buy my husband and my 16 year olds car from them so they will keep getting my money......Plus after 3 months of paying daylight at the car lot they handed my account to a fins. company and now it goes on my credit and it is a good account...

The owner's name is Lloyd Jorgensen. He is the bald old man who comes in at night. He sometimes drives a hummer. He will lie to you in order to repossess your vehicle, even if you've already paid. There is no corporate office. The number just goes to his cell phone. If they ever tell you that you can make your payment late, it's a lie. There is a GPS unit in all of the vehicles that are tracked daily. They are hidden under the dash. If you ever feel that they are going to repossess your vehicle and can't find the GPS, take the vehicle to a different location and disconnect the battery. The GPS unit can't track you if it can't get power, but remember that they're tracked daily, so make sure to hide it someplace that you don't normally go. If they have repossessed you because you've gone out of state, please make a complaint with the department of motor vehicles. This is illegal and they've already been warned for their bad behavior.

DON'T BYE!!!YOU WILL BE PISS!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CARS BREAK BEFORE PAYMENT DUE YOU HAVE TO FIX IT AND STILL PAY THEM Sells nothing but trash bough a car broke 2 weeks later I was told nothing is wrong dealers didn't fix problem I didn't even pay first note before breaking,gave them another chance got another car this time having problems with it one week later they told me they can't help so I advise anyone if you get a car from here all they want is payments don't care if you satisfied or not did I mentioned still paying for this juck

These guys are horrible!! They skrew with your payment dates! Repo my car less than 24 hours and just put my belongings on the ground behind their office and then gave me the run around and no one to talk to!!! Stay away everyone!! Karma will get these people!
