Last minute booking when we decided not to drive back to Phx metro late evening. Easy to find and access. Decent parking lot. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was great. 2 queen beds, nice bathroom. Cold A/C. Only complaint was the bed pillows were small and lost all loft quickly... so bring your own if you can. Included continental breakfast, which was somewhat slim... cereal, breads/bagels, yogurt, and fruit. They provide apple/orange juice and coffee. It was enough to keep you from being hungry. We would absolutely stay here again. Rooms: Interior hallways, so you're protected from the elements. Nearby activities: Several restaurants nearby. Walmart across the street. Easy access to highway.
We got 107room, this room had more or less comfortable beds but the smell! The smell in the room was unpleasant. Bed linen and towels were white in places with old stains. Small pillows on the bed instead of the usual big ones. The room had a refrigerator, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. The furniture is old, but it is there. We did not find any bed mites. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and makeup remover wipes. The bathroom looked like new. The girl at the reception and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is available at the hotel from 6 to 9. Breakfast was the usual: rolls, bread, jam, butter, muesli, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, milk. There was also a toaster and microwave. We did not hear any repair work during our stay in this hotel.
We stayed 2 nights last week during our two week road trip. Although there is a remodel happening it was not intrusive at all to our stay! The staff including front desk persons, cleaning staff and remodel crew were very friendly, helpful and professional. We.were pleased with our stay that we are staying again on our second leg of the trip home to Indiana. We were fortunate enough to have met.the owmers as well and I can't say enough about their commitment to their customers. Can't wait to see the progress on the remodel and will continue to use this facility when visiting Flagstaff. Rooms: The room.was spotlessly cleaned Our cleaning service was awesome each day Food & drinks: The breakfast was well out together and served in a very clean dining area.
My family was up for the week and we had to book a few rooms they didn’t have a joining rooms at the time so we rented rooms across from each other. The bathroom where nice and look new the room was clean and quite we stayed near the back of the hotel. We had an issue with are tv we call the front dest and they where there reasonably fast. The breakfast was good and I meet the owner. Talk about pride of ownership he just acquired the property and you could tell he was eager to finish the remodel but from want he told me it would be higher end and I could tell by the bathrooms, halls, exterior. He was hoping to have the entire Hotel done by the end of the year. Ill defiantly will be back with my family. it was family owned 5 start for the hotel another 5 for the staff..
Easy off of I-40, easy checkin with friendly staff. Newly remodeled room, very nice bathroom. AC made room ice cold. Beds comfortable. Breakfast has limited options but fair for the price of the hotel. Would recommend Days inn no problem.Rooms: 5/5
Unreliable. We booked a room for the night. To be sure it was available we called before booking and they told us that we could booked and that they would wait for us. I paid online. Upon arrival the desk crew told us rudely that they had no room for us and they were not able to reach us which is a lie, no missed call. He didn’t give us any solution and asked us to leave at 11.30 PM. Hopefully, the motel 6, which is its neighborhood still had room available. My conclusion is : don’t go to days inn, where the crew is rude, prefer motel 6 just next to them : they are faaar much reliable!!!
Doug is a great customer service front desk agent. Rooms were ok. Beds are brand new. Location is awesome.
