Explore our endless collection of rare, antique pieces and find the treasure that’s destined for you.
Days of Olde Antique Center was opened in October 1998. Our building is state of the art and was designed and built to house an Antiques and Collectibles Center. Jim Cox, a local Realtor and Real Estate Developer decided to build the center after his consultation team headed by his Mother, Sadie, and several other Antique Dealers advised him that the area could still support a large antique center. Sadie and her friends were dealers in the original Smithville Antique Center which closed in 1996 due to a deteriorating structure which was later razed.
In 1998, the Center opened with about 20 Charter Dealers, several of which were in the old Smithville Antique Center. Currently we house about 45 dealers, are open 7 days a week. and only close two days a year, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Unlike many Centers that have closed due to declining sales in the current recessionary climate, we continue to grow our volume of sales and foresee a bright future. Thanks to you, our Valuable Customers, we have been successful throughout the years! Please be sure to tell your friends, family and co-workers about us.
