I have stored my fifth wheel trailer at Dayton Parking & Storage since August 2020.I chose this location to store my trailer mainly due to its location and price. For me this was a very convenient location, and for the size of my trailer the monthly rate made it the best choice. The management has made improvements to the facility in the last year. They are very responsive and easy to work with you.

I talk to someone on the phone. I was told to meet on-site the following day @ 10 am. No one at site and no answer on phone. I do not recommend anyone do business with these guys very unprofessional and poor customer service. There is no reasonable explanation why a potential customer would get there time wasted like that. If I’m mistaken someone please enlighten me.

I stored my RV here for a few months waiting for a spot to open at my preferred camp. Parking was simple and easy, as was payment. I had to remove my camper outside of regular hours and they couldn't have been kinder about it!

great facility. friendly staff, and no debries on yard. semi, motor home, w/e, they even have repair shop! safety security camera as well. gate key provided to open gate. price reasonable!!!!! using this lot for half years now. very saticefied.

I Currently store my 3 trucks there and i couldn't be more happy with the excellent security and comfort. Very polite people and genuine at business. This place undoubtedly has the best price all around the district.

Rus is the owner. He has always provided excellent customer service. He treats you like family and makes you feel like you’re leaving you’re vehicle in safe hands. Amazing, excellent service!

Amazing staff had my RV parked there for 2 months now and we are back on the road, good to know that there is a safe place for my RV at all times, affordable prices really help as well. They are currently working on their facility remodeling so i cant give them a perfect 5 stars but man are they getting there!
