The Daytona Resort and Club is one of the first timeshare facilities in the Daytona Beach area. Prior to its opening in 1980, it was a longer-stay hotel known as the Oceanview Inn.

Exchanges can be made through any of several timeshare exchange companies listed on the resort Web site.
