Dazzling Smiles

For years I avoided dentist due to fear and embarrassment. Someone told me about dazzling smiles. I even went as far as to switch insurance to be able to be seen. Yesterday I had all my top teeth pulled in preparation to dentures up top. When I tell you my worries my fears all gone!!!! What an amazing team of people from doctor to secretary. Nurse Renata, sweetest and most amazing woman to have by your side during such a procedure! If I can give 10 stars I would!!! 42 years I waited and I would do it all over again at DAZZLING SMILES. you will not be disappointed. Dr. Patel and Dr. Arora are just amazing!! Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry.

The entire staff, from reception to the doctor was absolutely phenomenal. I have horrible anxiety and had put off going to the dentist for 10 years and finally had to bite the bullet and do it and they DID NOT disappoint. They made me feel so comfortable and I am a happy patient for life!!

I drive an hour to bring my family to Dr. Arora and Dr. Patel. They do amazing work, are always very courteous and accommodating. I work for a dental insurance company and am familiar with the terrible issues patients experience. I am grateful for the way their office takes such excellent care.

First time was great. Second time after a long wait to be seen was ok. Today was terrible. If you have any work done and isn't satisfied .. the dentist will become upset and rude. After waiting over a hr after my appointment time, I politely expressed my concerns to Dr. Arora. He became upset then said I was aggressive while refusing to do anything. I believe he said i was aggressive because I'm black. He said I can come back another time to look at my concerns but im uncomfortable and will not be returing. I will find another dentist to fix his mistakes. I would not recommend this place if it was free. Poor work! Poor communication skills! The hygienist was so sweet. I wish I could remember ner name. She deserve a better work place environment!

Dr. Arora is fantastic!!! I was very nervous for my procedure and the staff kept me calm and everything just went great. I very highly recommend them if you need dental work

One of the worst dentists in Syracuse. They don't actually clean your teeth for starters and everything I have had done by them has had to be redone, costing me thousands out of pocket. I had an infected tooth that nearly killed me and this dentist refused to acknowledge there was even a problem. Save yourself and find somewhere else.

I will highly recommend dazzling smiles. Dr.Arora is highly knowledgeable. Dr. Arora patiently explained everything before the treatment. Treatment was painless. Excellent staff and service. Friendly and professional.

If I could give this office no stars I would. My partner went in to make a new patient appointment. Once he got inside he was greeted by a very unfriendly female who made it clear “we don’t accept that kind of insurance”. She treated him as if he was less than human and wanted no part in helping him. He owns his own business and has insurance through the NY State of health website. I’m a nurse at a local doctors office and find this to be absolutely disgusting to treat someone this way. I sent an email and left a message for the office manager to call me back. She called about 24 hours later and after I told her the issue she explained they do take his insurance but are no longer accepting new patients. Which the website clearly states they are. She didn’t apologize, ask who the woman was at the desk or what time he was there. I asked if she wanted any information so she could counsel her employee. She said “I’m pretty sure I know who it is”. I described the employee to her and again the office manager had nothing to say. I asked what her next steps were and she said I have patients in front of me. I wouldn’t let a dead hamster have dental work at this office!

If you want great service, compassionate care, all in a clean facility. Dazzling smiles is your place. I have a fear of going to the dentist but every visit I am treated so well and never judged or made to feel bad that I didn’t floss 2 a day for the last 6 months. Highly recommend.

Exactly customer care. They do there best to keep you comfortable and out of pain, I had a rear molar that I had a root-canal done on years ago that has always been a problem for me. I knew it was not going to be a fun extraction but they kept me well numbed and sent me home with pain meds. I appreciate the care the doctor takes to keep me comfortable.
