Great selection of tools and Electronics. They're usually is not a lot of patrons there. So I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And of course great prices!

I like this store and could get in trouble here with buying stuff. It's like a Ross, TJ Max. I like that they welcome you to the store and that's basically it. They don't follow you to keep asking if you need help.

I went on Wednesday and Thursday didn't know they were closed but went on Friday. Best donuts ever tried. They put alot of icing and filling in donuts .Hopefully they can make some sugar free donuts so my son can have some. Next time were in Big Bear we will definitely go again and tell the family to go.
Great store, much more organized than other Dad's I've been in. Friendly staff, good selection of shoes, purses, home goods and men and kids products.
Store is pretty affordable and has a good selection of items for a good price. The staff here was nice and checkout lines aren’t long at all from what I’ve seen. Will recommend!

I love this specific store. Everything is organized and always clean. But, although they are doing great, some employees need to be more considerate. Empathy is a must!!!!! Big thank you to the cashier who allowed my dancing 7 year old into the restroom.*Dancing as in "potty dance" dancing.....Both parties learnt a lesson. One being, you must go potty before you leave the house. Two, sometimes when your customer has $100+ in their cart and their child needs to use the restroom, why not contact your manager? THANK YOU TO KAREN FOR ACKNOWLEDGING THAT I WAS WAITING IN LINE WHERE THE "LINE STARTS". ANOTHER CASHIER CALLED FOR "NEXT IN LINE", I PROCEED TO BE TOLD 'SOMEONE ASKING A QUESTION WAS THERE PRIOR'. OUT OF COURTESY I ALLOWED THE PERSON TO GO. KAREN WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO GO BACK AND HELP ME CHECK OUT WHILE APOLOGIZING FOR SOMETHING SHE CORRECTED. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT IN THIS CASE, I WAS. *NEVER ATTEMPT TO DISCUSS IF YOU'RE NOT AWARE OF ACTUAL FACTS!
