If I could give negative stars, that's exactly what I would give. I have been trying to get 4 teeth extracted and a denture plate on the bottom jaw. I made an appointment in May 2021 for a consultation. It is now August 2021 and I still have yet to hear back from them. I have contacted them about the issue. They say they have yet to hear back from my insurance company. I have contacted my insurance company and they have yet to see a predetermination request. I asked for it to be emailed to a lady that was handling it specifically. Still haven't received it. My insurance company has contacted them. Still have not heard anything. I'm frustrated and fed up. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Because it's obvious they do not want and or need my business. As far as the techs and the dentist, they were very nice and accommodating. As far as the office staff is concerned, I could have went further with a trained monkey.
First time writing a review.. Dentists are fine there...10 yr. customer.. Billing and customer service...and honesty are the problem. 3 times over 3 years..they told me I was in network... The bill started adding up over 3 years as they told me no worry ..they would take care of it.. Bill went to collections..they told me if I paid on full they would refund me half of $260. I paid ....they then refused our agreement since I paid collections instead of their front desk.. Looking elsewhere for dentistry
Although I had a good experience with the dentist, the upper denture I got was not good. I still gag and throw up about once a day after 8 months. I went back 3 times and was essentially told I would just have to get used to it. I know there is an adjustment period but after talking to over 20+ friends and family who have dentures and do not have any trouble with their dentures I am not happy. One of the techs asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" I told her I'm not the tech that is your job. At this point I am going else where and will have to have new dentures since no other dentist will touch the work. Needless to say this has been an expensive and unpleasant experience.
They have been wonderful in treatment. They are courteous, kind, and try to be speedy about time while also giving the best care possible. Highly recommend!
I have been going to the dentist here for many years. The people who work there are very kind and patient. I don’t have dental insurance so I have to pay cash for my services. Needless to say that their prices are affordable. I absolutely recommend this business for dental services.
I came into their office to get an impression done for an implant. The staff were very friendly and quite welcoming. They helped me to feel comfortable. The front reception area was quiet, but busy with patients awaiting their turns. The Hallmark Christmas movie on the TV was welcomed while I awaited. I didn't have to wait long before being brought in to see Dr. Rutledge who was friendly, pleasantly warm, and happy to have me there. The dental assistant was friendly and kind as she helped do the impression. I wasn't there for very long, which was nice to get in and get out so I could carry on with my day. Very nice place to go to, friendly staff, and Dr. Rutledge is someone I would see again.
I had only went for a referral, everything was simple and quick as well as the new patent forms. The staff seemed professional and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was pretty disgusting. Other than that great!
They were very inviting, professional yet laid back. Fun atmosphere with quality and the dentist makes sure you feel no pain. Will definitely return.
When other dentists convinced me I couldn't afford an implant at my age, DDS made it happen for me and it is outstanding! I am 74 and love my dental work. These people are the greatest. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with. If you need a dentist, this is your place.
Dr. Rutledge and all the staff are very friendly and committed to their work. Very thorough and honest
