DDS provides hotels, resorts, and residential clients with a local, dependable company that is focused on customer service and the client's needs.
DDS was started in 2005 to gain market share in the hospitality segment of the construction industry. We wanted to fill a niche in the market that not many companies were involved in, small capital improvement projects. Large renovation companies are geared for just that, large renovation. With the overhead costs they have it makes no sense to focus on smaller jobs where the gross revenues are not enough to cover their expenses. We keep overhead low, we give personal attention, and a high degree of customer service. We also have trade partners who are used to responding quickly and can give attention to those troubling issues that arise almost daily. We feel this gives us an advantage over most companies in our market. We are looking to grow, yet still want to represent our core principles, a principle where the client and the client's needs always come first!
