Our Firm was founded in 1984 by Armando de la Vega, the tax partner, who had gained several years of experience with a large local CPA Firm and a sole practitioner since 1969, and the audit partner, Hilda C. Morgade, CPA, who had gained several years of experience with a large international CPA Firm and a large local CPA Firm. Effective February 28 2008, Elizabeth Jewett, with several years of experience in international taxation with a large international CPA Firm, became partner in the firm. In early 2017, Hilda Morgade retired from the firm , and Jessica Jewett became a partner. Jessica has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of inbound and outbound international taxation, income tax planning and compliance for US citizens, permanent residents and foreign nationals.
Our practice provides highly personalized service to a broad range of clients including wholesalers, retailers, real estate, health care, mortgage companies, restaurants, and professionals. Approximately 70% of our clientele are foreign investors and we provide them with accounting, auditing, review, compilation, consulting, tax planning, preparation and consulting, and other assurance and advisory services.
Our Firm is licensed and authorized, as a CPA firm to perform professional services, by the State of Florida Board of Accountancy and are and continue to be in good standing with the State Board Our Firm is subject to peer reviews every three years in accordance with the requirements of the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
