Wonderfully kind, compassionate and professional care extended to my husband both in the Emergency Dept and in the Hospital. I could leave him in the evenings and return home, feeling that he was safe and well cared for. So grateful for all who cared for us.
My mom was at the billings hospital for a month. Was in the ICU for the whole duration except maybe 3 days. The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, but severely lacked at keeping us in the loop. My aunt was there constantly I live across the country so i could only be there for a few days, despite my aunt being there constantly, she barely got information, and we rarely did either. I understand that they are busy, and working long hard hours, but it felt like we were being misled a lot of the time. For days we were told about improvements, and then one day got put into a conference call being told that we should be considering "just making her comfortable." Yes, we knew her situation wasn't great, and that things could be better, but the whole family still felt blindsided. They then transferred her to another hospital just a few days ago and it wasn't until we had a meeting with the team of docs here today that we found out she had two heart attacks at the Billings hospital and we had no idea. No one in the family was told. I still do not know when the heart attacks took place. She flatlined three times at Billings not their fault obviously, but failed to tell us about one of those instances as well. Incredibly frustrated.
My wife and my son left crying because of how unprofessional this hospital is. My son had an appointment that we have been waiting for 6 months. We are from Gillette Wyoming and we drove 4 hours to be told at the front desk that they rescheduled for us!! So my wife had to take a day of work and my son missed school just because they never called us! They rescheduled for us! They never called! So now we have to drive an other 4 hours back home! Are they going to pay for the gas?? No! My son had been really nervous about this appointment and now we are going to Denver Health instead! At least Denver has always called us to make sure our appointment was ready or called when they needed changes. I never seen my wife so mad at a hospital. Gas is very expensive! Thank you Billings for waisting our money and our time!
Great surgeon but aftercare was horrible!! Dr not even orthopedic which is was there for. Never met or talked to me. Thank God I was only there 1 full day after the surgery first night. I’ll never go back again. Changing to SCL Health St Vincent.
Having gone through 3 major surgeries in one year, I'm probably qualified to give some feedback, and honestly, this isn't near good enough. They are an awesome group. From pre-op, to surgery, to recovery, and to the doctors for me that was Dowell and Robinson, I want to say thankyou. I also want to add a special thanks to the nurses. They are the unsung heroes who grease the wheels before and after surgery. Without them, and their duties, there is no success. Two words: professional, and thorough. I had two of the best. Megan and Kevin. I also appreciate the gallant nurses in pre-op who tolerated a some-what grumpy patient with ease. Their good and playful banter did wonders for me. Wonderful people! If you're needing medical treatment, you'd be hard pressed to find better.
I HAD A HEART ISSUE WITH PNEUMONIA, TAKEN TO EMERGENCY, THAN 6 DAYS IN Hospital. I HAVE lived all over the world , had the most exceptional care . The Doctors AND NURSES WERE Incredibly knowledgeable and told me about the options for A fib , the cardiologist was FANTASTIC, and guided me to the perfect, solution to my problem, since I am very active. My HUSBAND and I are so greatful to Doctor Fisher and Furman, and the FANTASTIC NURSES . GOD BLESS THEM ALL
This entire facility has gone down hill. Most recent experience was at Heights Clinic Physical Therapy appointment. no complaint there that went well. Therapist gave me a come back 1x for 4weeks slip paper to give to reception to set up scheduling. Not at all busy that time of day. Receptionist takes my slip of paper and writes phone number down on it and says There are only 2 of us here you call the scheduling number and set it up.
Horrible experience at Pediatric Pulmonology. Dr. Lysinger is great and has been a fantastic doctor, this has nothing to do with him. This review is regarding the staff at Pediatric Specialty. Dr. L prescribed a specific inhaler for my son's asthma since the first one wasn't really working for him. The pharmacy needed a prior authorization, which Billings Clinic sat on for nearly a week until I called and tried to get it resolved. First they lied and claimed my pharmacy was giving the wrong info, then lied again and said that the "wrong insurance" was submitted. Then they claimed my insurance denied it and there was no way to appeal it which I know isn't true. I tried talking to a "supervisor" named Trent to figure out what was going on, but he was only interested in loudly declaring that I was "disrespecting" him and then he hung up the phone on me. Wow, very professional lol!! I just want my son's medicine and I still have no idea what is going on between Billings Clinic and my insurance. Long story short, these people DO NOT CARE about your kids. They are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and incompetent. There is absolutely zero compassion here. Not only that, they lie through their teeth without a second thought. Learn from my mistake and take your kids to St. Vincent's.
We are currently about to have our first child, the care that we have received has been extremely poor and the amount of compassion that is shown is terrible. We have no choice with insurance but to go here which is a giant issue and I pray that nobody else has to go thru this.
I set up a payment plan with them the end of November They accepted it and i made my 1st payment 2nd payment due December 28th. I went to pay it early on December 9th. I found my account not active the next day i got a letter from collection place. They had sent me too collections. Been going there since i was 7 am now 63 this is the last in a series of BS this year will never go back again.
