Dealer Detail Service LLC is a sub-contract company that New Car Dealerships hire to do all the detailing on site in their facility.
We started Dealer Detail Service to change the way dealerships look at their Detail Department. Every Dealership we have serviced over the years has considered the Detail Department to be an expense; a necessary expense, but still an expense. The first thing a Dealer asks is, “how much is this going to cost me?" I believe that this attitude towards the Detail Department is a result of poor service over the years. Most Dealerships have been through many Detail Companies or employees.
We would like the Dealers we service to consider D.D.S. to be an asset. We will make your cars shine and your Detail Department the most efficient Department in your Dealership. We are here to make selling and delivering cars as easy as possible. If your showroom cars and pre-owned cars look outstanding, they are so much easier to sell. Your Sales Department can only benefit from money well spent on a Quality Detail Service. The cheapest company isn’t always the least expensive. However, if customer satisfaction is declining or your deliveries are not ready on time, the cost is far greater than what you are paying for the service.
We currently service 10 High volume dealerships. We service Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Mini Cooper, Audi, Acura, Honda, and Hyundai throughout eastern Massachusetts and Southern N.H.
