employees are rude. poor drivers. one almost backed into me in the parking lot in front of their St. Charles store and then verbally abused me when I honked at him. He also swore at me and threatened me... laughing at me when I said I was going to call his manager. got nowhere when tried to call...phone just rings and rings.
I just purchased a Ford Expedition from KC and I'm VERY SATISFIED!! The truck is in excellent condition, no dents, no dash lights and low miles. Customer service is the best.
I love this place he has great cars and does what he can to help you buy one. I Just bought a car from him it runs great,my payments are good,and what made it even better is that KC is honest, trustworthy and so helpful. I have referred 3 friends and they are just as happy as I am with there new ride.
I have purchased a vehicle from KC here at Midtown Auto Brokers. How come i did not find him sooner. He is very direct and helpful and i am so happy with my purchase. Good car and would definitely refer him to friends family and others in search of a vehicle
So a few people have posted good reviews for this dealership. Dont believe the hype. Most of the time when there are more bad then good, the good reviews came from friends of the owner. Not actually customers. This is one of the worst car dealers in St. Louis. This man commits crimes while trying to sell you a car.
