I hired Wade for custody court. He had around 7 months to prepare for my case and showed up and literally asked me what he should ask me me on the stand. He had submitted nothing to the court so none of the evidence I had supplied him was even admissible. I took a big hit for this. They asked for more money and I told them Wade didn't even know what was going on with my case and he was utterly and completely unprepared. I do not recommend him.

I received a speeding ticket and had Wade Bettis' team represent me. While I am not upset that the judge upheld the ticket, I was more bothered by the lack of guidance and direction this team gave me. There was only 1 phone call with the actual lawyer where he explained how I can pay him and the legal assistant's did not want to provide legal advice as they are not the lawyer. I am from WA and have a Traffic Attorney locally that is half the price, and 10x the support. The charge to not receive support and basically fight the ticket by myself was $575. I truly try to never leave negative reviews as I understand there are so many variables in business especially Law, but regardless of the outcome on this case, I would have been happy with the team if I would have received some sort of direction. It felt like I sent money to a black hole, and then received a follow up saying I still owed the initial ticket fine.

Very disappointed with the service. Originally had a ticket for being over length and the fine was $115. Spoke to the law office and paid $350 so they could represent me in court. They guaranteed that the fine would either be lowered or dismissed completely. When the final disposition came back the fine was $330 and said I was guilty of being over weight and I was not cited for weight at all nor did they have me on a scale when I was cited. Overall was a waste of money and my time I wouldn’t suggest hiring if you want to win your case and definitely over priced compared to other practices.

Have not been impressed with my representation on my case. There were some very simple requests I had at time I had my consult, I put forth effort to provide the research and documentation to back up my requests which was never actually addressed. Then after the case was closed and I was the prevailing party, somehow my retainer, filing fees, prevailing party fee, and a portion of my unpaid attorney fees were not included in the rule 68 filing. So I'm out thousands for something I should not have had to pay for in the first place.

I can not recommend Wade Bettis and he deserves no stars. What good is a lawyer that will not defend you in court?

Don't waste your time and money. Pay a little more and you will get a better outcome and care. Avoid. Could not even get my lane departure ticket dismissed. What a job of a law office.

Knowledgable lawyer and take case personal and professional serious and give me good adviced. Very supportive. Im very much beyond happy he is my lawyer.

Little disappointed first time I visited with him he heard what I wanted and gave me what I thought was proper paperwork to file with the courts, but courts refused them, so I called him and he made it sound like he was gonna make sure to give me the right modified petition I needed, instead he gave me an outline of how much it would cost to retain him

Got ticket for not chaining up in Oregon on my truck and they helped me to get it dismissed. Thank you so much!
