Caregiving and End of Life Consultants ~ guiding people, their family & friends through the steps of preparing for an end of life.
Death Matters ~ Planning Together for Death and Dying
This workshop consists of three guided meetings.... during which you will have the opportunity to explore, document, and share with your family and/or care givers, your end-of-life wishes.
1. Write a Personal Healthcare Directive: what kind of measures do you want taken to keep you alive (or not)
2. Choose Health Care Delegates: who will speak for you if and when you are unable
3. Plan your Funeral: care of your body, funeral ceremony, disposal of corpse, and more
Giving thought to your end of life circumstances creates ease for those supporting you, who may not otherwise know your wishes. An emergency, should not be the first time to consider your health options. It is liberating to have a plan, outlining your health preferences, which reduces confusion for care givers.
