Deborah works extensively with emotional patterns that limit us from being the most we can be and often erode our physical health. She also assists clients with improvements in their diet and lifestyle.
Emotional Re-Patterning & Flower Essences:
Deborah uses simple techniques which scramble unhelpful emotional patterns that get stuck in our subconscious. These are often remembered as mental pictures, sound bytes, tastes, aromas or feelings which these can block our forward process. Once a pattern is altered, new (and more helpful) memories and emotions can naturally flow from our innate wisdom. Deborah has been trained to use techniques which are often light-hearted and enjoyable!
Re-Patterning sessions are coupled with a personalized Flower Essence formula which will further continue the process started in your session.
How Re-Patterning Works:
Beyond talk therapy, Deborah needs just enough information to understand the problem. She will then work with the subconscious pattern to disrupt, or change, it so it will no longer interfere with your life.
Deborah has a Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Environmental health. and a PhD in Nutrition. Her certifications include: NLP Master-Practitioner; Flower Essence Practitioner; licensed Minister with certification in Spiritual Counseling and metaphysical Teaching.
