We have been here multiple times and each time the staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Joseph-Clark is great. The well waiting room is always clean and it is very welcoming to children. They do require masks to help prevent the spread of Covid and they are wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend this facility for your children. We love it here!
Would not recommend this practice. 0 stars. I was told as any other doctors office check in early. My arrival was 11:28, sons appointment was 11:45, I was finally pulled back after 12:20. Currently 1:10, still waiting on doctor to just say hey and bye for a well checkup. Front desk lady seemed confused as to her job, though I understand her frustration because she is taking calls, while checking in, checking out, calling this person, that person, just too much for one person. This will be our last time here. Got to do better. Need more staff. Will not be bringing my newborn here. Checked out at 1:40.
We were scheduled to see Dr. Wilson-Phillips and our appointment was randomly canceled without notification. We arrived and had to reschedule. When we get to the next appointment, we're told she's still not there, but we were assigned to another doctor. This doctor, "Dr" Egborge, did a very half effort assessment for my daughter's checkup. He was awkward, rude and had no rapport on how to speak to parents. He referred to my daughter as "slow" when stating that she has a speech delay and said "let's hope it's just that and not autism". He definitely gave me fake doctor vibes.
The worse place to go especially for a child. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this place. They don’t answer the phone EVER for 1. They canceled my newborn appointment TWICE because there wasn’t a provider to see her which I’m super lost because don’t you make the schedule according to the doctor availability??? First appointment they lost all her information that was previously given before arriving 2nd appointment our visit literally was 4 1/2 hours just to see the doc on zoom. My child will never go there again. It’s like the blind leading the blind in that place
This is the worst place to bring your child. They’re so disorganized, they say one thing over the phone and then when you show for your appointment there’s other things. My son is 16 months old and there has never been an appointment without complications. They’re trying to change their name to MCR health but it’s the same confusion and mess. I repeat DO NOT bring your child to this practice. If you do make sure you have at least 4 hours to spare for a wellness check. There’s 5 women at the front desk and they’re all confused.
These people have a 1.8 stars. And honestly, that's 1.7 stars more than they deserve. This may be the worst ran "medical" establishment in the history of the country. They have a bunch of "procedures" in place that must've been developed by one of their toddler patients. Because that's how insanely silly they are. Not just that but they expect people to provide documentation that's literally impossible to obtain in the timeframe they're requesting it in. What a waste of good office space. Someone should open a real pediatric practice there in the future. They suck like a vacuum. Take your kids elsewhere.
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This location is the worst. I’ll take that drive to the Smyrna office any day. I’ve already started searching for a new doctors office. Just the lack of communication, inconsiderate of other peoples time, people over the phone tell you totally different information than once in the office, just unprofessional. Do not bring your kids here!!!!
Do NOT take your child to this practice if you expect effective communication. I have left voicemails for various departments, including a voicemail to the triage nurse regarding a medical concern for my newborn, and they do NOT follow up with you at all. Save yourself the disappointment and take your child somewhere that cares about them.
If you love your child do not go this doctors office. Parent portal doesn’t work. Check indeed for a receptionist position because obviously they have no one answering the phone or keeping up with records or scheduled appointments. My 2 children’s last appointment was not documented and neither were their vaccinations. Unprofessional and unorganized. Unacceptable as they are supposed to be caring for those who need the most attention and care: CHILDREN!
Very poor customer experience, no one picks up the phone for months. There is always an issue with billing getting charged copay for wellness visits when my insurance does not require one. Additional the location is old and run down. The doctors are good at what they do, and the staff is pleasant. We will be switching to a different pediatrician.
