Never new 4hat this amazing dog park exists. My husband and I are displaced while our house is being renovated. We have an eight year old mini pitbull and wanted to bring her and just let her run and interact with other dogs so we found the dodgy park and it was the best choice we made she loved it and made several new friends I would definitely suggest this park for your dog. Pleasant and safe and everyone is very involved with there pets.
Fun place. Plenty of new friends. Not just flat stones, benches, shrubs. Lots of room to roam and play. Water available. Fencing is good. Chuckits on premise. Double gating is good. This is not public - it is annual fee though the gate was open on this particular day.
Good dog park plenty of room for the dogs to run. There is only one enclosure so big dogs and small dogs mix. Friendly and attentive dog owners.
It's a great dog park however there recently require a paid key fob to unlock the gate and to enter $25/year for Dedham residents and $100/year for others. When we went someone generously opened the gate for us.
As of review, the park doesn't enforce or expect membership fees or access badges to enter the park. Deceptively large park that runs from the entrance road to exit road of the rec center. Shaded with benches. Easy disposal of dog waste. Plenty of water bowls and lots of tennis balls around. Not so sure how my dog would do with any agility type obstacles, but that could be something to add for improvement for dogs and owners who would want to try that tunnel, ramp, etc. Have been twice and have had positive experiences with the people and dogs there. Nice to have this here in town.
This park is way bigger then it looks in pictures! When I went to check it out there were at least 6 other dogs of all sizes. The owners were not as friendly/welcoming as other places I’ve gone to but the place itself was cute. Someone added a water station to the park and it appears the water is brought manually for each day I may be wrong. But it’s beautiful and big and there’s lots of shade.
Just brought the pup, plenty of fenced space and other dogs to play. Water hose on side of facility to fill up dog bowls. Great spot.
I love this place! It is a hidden gem that gives my pups that release of restless energy in a safe and fun environment!!
Great dog park! All the owners and dogs were great! Will definitely be returning.
