Very clean and.very fun. The staff and lifeguards were so friendly and the online deal was great. My only suggestion is to add so.e canopies or shade over some of the concrete. It is VERY hot and doesn't feel good going to one area to the next.
I took my two older kids here on 6/24/23. It was busy and super hot this day. The lines were reasonable and all the slides were open. I enjoy the park and will taking the kids several times this summer.
I was a little disappointed at the Waterpark, my daughter was stung by a hornet, we came across 2 nests one by the lazy River the one with the green tubes and another under the stairs on the black side. As we were standing in line throughout the water park it smelled like pee including going up the stairs. I strongly recommend taking water shoes . They do allow you to take a cooler and food and of course NO alcohol!!
I’m going start off saying that I used to come to deep water waterpark when I was a kid but now this place is going down here very fast. The bathrooms are very disgusting, it shouldn’t be dirt and dust around the toliet seat. Plus it needs to be alot of repairs in the waterpark. It shouldn’t be rust on the steps before you go on slide and the parking lots has alot of holes in the streets. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody to come to deep river waterpark until they make some changes.
Lots of fun water slides and pretty big. We rented out the cabana and it was pretty nice. There was a big lack of tubes for the bowel water slide so we had to wait a while until someone gave theirs up. One of the slide attractions were also closed down. Been coming here for years. I love that they don’t charge for parking and they let you bring in coolers. It’s also one of the closest attractions to Chicago which is a super plus for me. Admission has gotten pricier but that’s expected in today’s economy. We had our first experience at Deep River water park yesterday! We arrived early and bought the tickets online that included free small dippin dots and free drinks all day! We had a lovely spot right under one of many large umbrellas in the park! The slides were a blast, exciting but not too scary or crazy, just pure joy! My 13 year old and her friend did their own thing but met us back at the chairs to check in and we felt completely safe doing that! The lifeguards were kind and fun! My husband’s Apple Watch fell off during one of the body slides, but we alerted the desk and low and behold by the end of the day they called to tell him that they found his watch and returned it! How fortunate! We brought our own cooler with food and snacks which was very nice! My only complaint would be that the drinks included for the whole day didn’t have any unsweetened tea, all soda and sugary tea or lemonade. I guess I just assumed there would be a sugar free option, all that sugar just makes you more thirsty. But they gave me plenty of ice and always with a smile! The best part was that we could ride everything multiple times with hardly any wait at all, our max wait was 3-5 minutes! That would never happen at Cedar point! Thanks for a lovely day!
So pretty, so clean, they have a lot of space, the staff is a really good trained, an accident happened with one person when I was there and everyone knew what to do! I have a first great experience there!
It was my daughter's birthday. We took food and drinks. We had the best time ever! We are going to go back and take my aunt, before school starts. Amazing Waterpark!! The weather was kinda cloudy on the day we went, so there were basically NO LINES to the rides!! It was so much fun! Beware of seagulls though! I sit my pizza down for a couple seconds and turned my back, and 3 of them attacked my plate and flew off with ALL my food one of the culprits is pictured below...lol !!!! Otherwise, the place was clean and had a wonderful time!!!
