Deer Cut

Good evening i just wanted to email your company. I was recently in Mississippi deer hunting. First, let me say thank you for having my deer processed in a timely manner. I really appreciate that it was ready and frozen hard. I attached a picture of some of the tenderloins. They needed very lil trimming before cooking, again a testament to your staff. The small breakfast links are delicious. Keep up the good work.

They process the best Venison-bacon burger! There is just the right amount of bacon to hold the lean venison together for burgers. No extra seasoning is needed. The meat is packaged well to keep in the freezer.

Worst deer processing ever!!!!!!!!!! Took 2 deer.Took about 2 months to get my meat back. 1st deer-Sausage was overly salty and dry. Bacon burger was sour. 2nd deer- Could never tell me where it was. Asked for half/half. When they finally found it in the freezer, I picked it up, they ground all of it in burger. No one even asked me before they decided to do whatever they wanted to do. I highly recommend to find a processor some place else. Very unreliable and meat sat in the cooler too long before being processed. You won't get what you asked or paid for. Had to throw it all out. Horrible!!!!!!!!

Good people, good service, GREAT JERKY! They do 3-5 deer for me each year, never had a problem. From sausage to steaks, they do a good job!

They make excellent breakfast sausage I got the jalapeno and cheese and it was the best I've ever had. Good steaks too!

Love the Wilson's ---Good Christian folks!!!! We have taken several deer to them over the years and the meat is always delicious. My family absolutely loves the deer jerky.
