After growing up at this airport for many years, although it may be biased, I think this is one of the best local airports. The community here is awesome, there is a pilot lounge for relaxing after long flights. There is also a commuter car here.
Fabulous airport. Quiet little area. These are the pictures from the north side will add more of the main section later. Beautiful runway. Smaller Jets and puddle jumpers.
It is a great place. Darrel is good to work with and Penny did a great job make the airport what it is today. I'm not a pilot but I am a farmer and have been blessed with the job of farming the hay in the infield. Love watching the airplanes come and go and the auto racing as well. The model airplane pilots are bunch of really nice people. Thank you for making this community great. The Farmer
Deer park Airport is A great small town airport. It is uncontrolled but has a lot of activity. The staff is very friendly and the airport has a great FBO, Deer Park Air center. You can hanger your plane in their heated hangers or take lessons in an array of single engine planes ranging from basic to complex. Matt Brown and Darold Schultz are great instructors with years of experience. I highly Recommend learning to fly here.
Great little airport. Cheaper gas. Not to busy for a beginner to practice. No tower.
Great airport. Burrows Aviation is the best maintenance for GA airplanes in the Spokane/ Couer d Alene area. Matt Burrows best aircraft mechanic around.
Learning to fly here is amazing, and I highly recommend both Matt Brown and Darold Shultz, they are very experienced pilots, and I wouldn't trust anyone else as much as them. -Buck Walling-
