I’ve lived in a few senior communities prior to coming to Brookview Commons. This is by far the best place that I have lived. All within walking distance are the clubhouse, gym and beautiful pool. The staff here is very attentive to the needs of the community, always pleasant and are available all the time. The super Carlos and his assistant Gene are available 24/7. Both of them generally care for the people in the community as well as the upkeep of the community. Without a doubt this will be the last place that I will be living in. It is a wonderful community and the best part is it’s a non-smoking community. A big thank you to Virginia, Dawn, Carlos and Gene for all they do.

My wife and I really enjoy being at Brookview Commons. We love our 2 bedroom apartment. Dawn, Virginia and Carlos are always available to assist us if there are any issues with our apartment. The residents are friendly and we look forward to living here for many years to come.

Brookview Commons is a hidden gem with comfort, conveniences and amenities. Our 2 bedroom unit has spacious walk-in closets, a laundry area for our washer and dryer, and glass sliding doors to our private patio. One of the finest features of Brookview Commons is the size of the community. Not to small and not to large. The common area has a well appointed clubhouse,laundry area, and an outdoor swimming pool, and is a just a short walk from all the units. The community is impeccably maintained under the direction of Dawn, the Property Manager and Carlos, the Superintendent. Carlos lives in the community and is available 24/7. Both Dawn and Carlos are responsive to our every needs, which is perfect for a 55+ community. Thank God for Brookview Commons.

Great place to retire to, 55+ community. Staff is fantastic, Dawn, the Property Manager, does everything possible to accommodate you and facilitate all your needs. Virginia at the front desk will answer any and all questions you may have about acquiring in this property and give a brief tour of common areas when convient. A real gem, a community all by itself at the end of an Industrial Park. Grace is fantastic as well, she is the person who does the financials to make sure your income and you qualify for this community. The grounds and the working staff who keep this place pretty, cozy, fixed and up to date is led by Carlos. Him and his staff are amazing and friendly, my hat is off to all who can make your dreams come true and not to worry in your later years, when it matters most.

My godmother lives here. I love it! Perfect place to live, quiet,clean grounds, nice pool, and here neighbors are friendly.

A nice quiet place for elderly people 55+ Has a pool main office and there apartments are very clean. A very quiet neighborhood. Feel free to walk your dog

No smoking even in your car.

Beautiful complex with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful grounds, and the apartments are always kept up beautifully.
