Deer Park Middle Magnet School

The school is okay even though there a lot of fights and disrespect towards the adults. On a positive note there are many wonderful teachers. We are also able to learn if they avoid all the drama and disrespect. Although the kids are horrendous and always skipping class. The teachers provided a good amount of teaching.

Deer park is not as bad as you think, if you are not apart of the crowd then you will be alright, we won MESA and Black saga and our sports have beat a lot of schools in the county. We actually don't have fights all the time, we have fights every once in a while, but the kids that get in fights are handled properly, the teachers are doing their jobs, the only reason why we are such a "bad school" is because people that don't even go to our school like to judge and spread rumors that are not even true, there are bad people at Sudbrook so... yeah. P.S. there are only a few people at deer park that are bad and people like that get expelled.

This school is very bad there is a fight every 3 weeks. The school is not clean, the students are rude, to adults the food is mew. I never in my life seen how nasty this school is. The kids are always skipping class, some of the kids are very rude. I never seen so many kids cuss at each other. I have seen bad schools before but this is the worst of all! If you love your kids, don't send them to Deer Park Middle Magnet School.

This school is alright there's really nothing wrong with it to be honest. All i see wrong is the students... the ones who don't know how to mind their own business, that is how fights start. i believe that if people mind their own business there would be less fights. Also some teachers show that they don't care and that also influences the students behavior. Yes, if i had my way i would've changed to a different school

This is the worst school ever, as a parent coming up to this school almost every week sometimes twice in 1 day because of the bullying, fighting and sexual harassment is horrible. I have witnessed the disrespect and its a shame, Im taking my child out of this school. Parents please be very careful with your kids in this school because if they are bullied and have to fight the office staff does nothing, so your kid might not tell you they are being bullied because of fear of snitching and knowing that nothing will be done and they would have return back to that horrible school.

I'm a attending student as a 6th grader. What these other people are saying about Deer Park aren't all that true. The teachers care about our Education. And even though this school has it's ups and downs, it's a really good school. The teachers are great. And i'm really enjoying here. I'm on the MESA team and Tennis Team. It's really really fun here.

I am a student myself at Deer Park Middle Magnet School and the teachers there are simple and terrible. There are 2 specific teachers that are very rude and mean. i do not like that school. I would rather go to Sudbrook Middle Magnet School. That's just my opinion to be honest.

This is the worst school ever! They let the 7 and 8th graders run the halls with the 6th graders and all the kids are very races rude mean and bullying everyone! Last year there was even a day dedicated to the 8th graders beating the 6th graders up! They are proud of that! Going to this school doesn't even serve a purpose all you do is get bullyed and sit in class for nothing. Last year the teacher was getting bulled by the kids and they where loud out of there set the throwing things and screaming. They will also go the the bathroom to do god know what! They all run where ever they want and the school doesn't have any security . The bathroom door won't even lock! Also last year I couldn't get to my class because there was a huge fight in the middle of the hall and they are not going to stop fighting to let anyone through! The teachers are also very rude and have no clue what they are doing. The same fight there was 2 teachers sanding and watching not even giving a effort to break the fight up! The principal used to dress up in strip club clothing dye hair with a mohawk And she thought that looked ok. Don't go to this school! Report it! Stop dumb people from putting There kids in this school! Because what's your in deer park you can't get out of deer park!

It has nasty bathrooms, some teachers are very rude, teachers are more favorable of girls, there is one really bad Spanish teacher where we don't even learn Spanish in. Students are disrespectful which makes it hard to learn and there is a lot of bullying. the only good thing that comes from this school is there basketball team.

Probably one of the worst schools in baltimore County, filled with garage thugged kids that fight, don't listen, and teachers and staff that cannot control the kids. Academic scores are the lowest and splitting the magnet away from the kids not in magnet dumbs down the school. All my daughter does is gets bullied and get in fights, with no help from the administration.. .. I recommend Don't send your kids here.
